Brace yourself winter is here
I don’t care what the calendar says, it’s freaking cold and even if we love using blankets as scarves like Lenny Kravitz, there will be other days that we want to look a little more presentable and not die -frozen- in the attempt.
Here I share 5 winter outfit ideas tested and approved by me. Based on trends or thematics to put together looks without much effort but a lot of coziness.

No me importa que diga el calendario, hace ‘caleta’ de frío y aunque algunos día andemos con las cobijas como bufanda y parezcamos Lenny Kravitz, habrá otros días que queramos vernos un poco más presentables y no morir -congelados- en el intento.
Les comparto 5 ideas de outfits para invierno probados y aprobados por mi. Basados en tendencias o temáticas para armar looks sin mucho esfuerzo y con mucho abrigo.

1. Over the knee boots

I know, I know, skin showing I’m going to freeze, well, you won’t. Over the knee boots are really warm and you can wear tights with them. Also, if you pair them with a cozy sweater and a long coat you will have no problem! ••• Lo sé, lo sé, se ve la piel me voy a congelar, bueno, pues no. Las botas sobre la rodilla son súper calentitas y se pueden usar con medias debajo. Además, si los combinas con un rico suéter y un saco largo tendras ningún problema!

2. Denim to the rescue

This being a strong and thick fabric tends to maintain the heat in our body and can be worn in many different ways, you need a nice and cozy denim jacket for winter. ••• Siendo un tejido fuerte y grueso, la mezclilla ayuda mucho a mantener el calor en nuestro cuerpo y se puede usar de muchas formas diferentes. Necesitas una chaqueta de mezclilla linda y calentita para el invierno.

3. Layer up baby

Nothing works best than layers to keep ourselves safe in winter, besides is a great way to assemble a versatile outfit just in case you are visiting different places with crazy indoor weathers. ••• Nada funciona mejor que las capas para mantenernos abrigados en invierno, además es una buena forma de armar un outfit versátil en caso de que vayas a estar visitando diferentes lugares con climas internos locos.

4. Maxi skirts for winter

This is probably the riskiest one, but remember that tights exist and also you can wear skirts or dresses with jeans as long as the length is below your knees and be part of one of the newest trends. ••• Este es probablemente el más arriesgado, pero recuerden que las medias existen por una razón y también que pueden usar faldas o vestidos con jeans, siempre y cuando lo largo esté por debajo de las rodillas y así, ser parte de una de las tendencias recientes.

5. Faux fur love

Quite an obvious choice, but I needed to remark the awesomeness of faux fur. I always come to my faux fur coat for those extreme almos 0ºc days, mixing it with an oversize scarf and a cute hat to keep me extra warm. ••• Una elección bastante obvia, pero necesitaba mencionar mi amor a la piel falsa. Siempre recurro a mi abrigo de piel falsa para aquellos días extremos de casi 0ºc, mezclándolo con una bufanda gigante y un lindo sombrero para mantenerme más calentita.
