I’ve always been an organized person, always carrying an agenda, a little notebook and making lists about everything, but when Mister P and I started living together it was complicated to sync and share our schedules just by telling each other. So after a year and a half Mister P came with a solution to having our schedule together.
We needed something easy, quick and that could double as home decor, so Mister P designed this week planner that consists in little whiteboards for each day. You can hang it anywhere in your house or office, it’s really easy to write/erase in it and it looks really cool.

Siempre he sido una persona organizada, con una agenda, un cuaderno y haciendo listas para todo, pero cuando Mister P y yo empezamos a vivir juntos fue complicado sincronizar y compartir nuestras agendas. Así que después de un año y medio Mister P creó una solución para ordenar nuestros horarios.
Necesitábamos algo fácil, rápido y que pudiera servir como decoración, así que el Mr. P diseñó este planificador semanal que consiste en pequeños pizarrones para cada día. Se puede colgar en cualquier parte de la casa u oficina, es muy fácil de escribir/borrar en él y se ve muy lindo.

[/ezcol_3fifth] [ezcol_2fifth_end]After that everything is really simple. Print and cut the designs in bond paper, then go to any stationery store and get your boards laminated. This the most important step because the plastic is what will allow you to write and erase while using a whiteboard marker.•••
Lo demás es muy fácil. Hay que imprimir y cortar los diseños, luego ir a cualquier papelería y plastificar/enmicar las tarjetas. Este es el paso más importante porque el plástico es lo que permitirá escribir y borrar usando un plumón de pizarrón.[/ezcol_2fifth_end]
Then using some sort of ribbon, copper wire or hemp string as we did, measure the length of your boards together and add about 20cm so you can hang it and have space to move the days. We washi taped our week planner to the wall, but you can nail it or tie it on hooks, it all depends on the style you like.

Luego usando algún listón, alambre de cobre o cáñamo como nosotros, mide la longitud de las tarjetas juntas y añade unos 20 cm para poder colgarlo y tener espacio para mover los días. Nosotros lo pegamos con washi tape, pero tú puedes clavarlo o atarlo en ganchos, todo depende del estilo que te guste.

[/ezcol_3fifth] [ezcol_2fifth_end]After that, you are ready; start filling in all your duties with the whiteboard marker and hang each day using a baby clothespin. And the magic part about this week planner is that you can move the days as they pass and place them at the end for the next week.
