What’s stopping you?
Not really happy about spring, humidity and burning sun, but I’m excited to try out some new trends and pieces I’ve been looking all over instagram from the northern hemisphere. I guess you all already know how I love to dare myself and go out of my comfort zone when it comes to fashion. This fall-winter season was no exception, and I started wearing sweaters and hoodies again.
This year I felt a total 2014 strong comeback of the sporty-chic trend, which got us all pairing sweatpants with mules, or in my case, oversized hoodies with jeans and boots. I love how, with the cycle trends, we can see that every time they come back there’s a twist or something different you can do with them. Sometimes they even mix with each other, making things more interesting. I mean, hoops and hoodies for work? Ok!

No estoy muy feliz por la primavera, la humedad y el sol ardiente, pero sí de probar algunas nuevas tendencias y piezas del hemisferio norte que he estado viendo por todo Instagram. Supongo que ya todos saben cómo me gusta desafiarme a mí misma y salir de mi zona de confort cuando se trata de moda. Esta temporada de otoño-invierno no fue la excepción y empecé a usar suéteres y sudaderas con capucha de nuevo.
Este año sentí un regreso fuerte del 2014 de la tendencia sporty-chic, que nos tuvo a todos combinando pantalones deportivos con mules o, en mi caso, una sudadera oversize o con jeans y botas. Me encanta cómo con el ciclo de la moda podemos ver que cada vez que regresan hay un cambio o algo diferente que puedes hacer con ellas. A veces incluso se mezclan entre sí, haciendo las cosas más interesantes. Y bueno, hoops y sudaderas para el trabajo? ¡Si!
