No soy la típica chica con estilo vintage, así que creo que jamás imaginarían que de hecho me gusta la ropa vintage, ¿verdad? I’m not your regular vintage kind of gal, so you would never thought I actually like vintage clothing right? So here’s my trick: I always try to mix something new with something oldie, maybe I’ll play with the colours, accessories, shoes or the cuts. Having a balance between two eras can create a modern but classic outfit without looking like a costume.
A man’s blazer with one of the most famous formal prints: glen plaid paired with a millennial pink coordinate and burgundy accents, a play between present and past. Having the freedom to create my personal style by pieces, taking what works for me and my lifestyle that can take me from meeting to drinks with my friends. The skinny scarf is also a nice way to give it an edge and keep me warm.
You can go thrift shopping or play safe look for vintage clothing online to start creating your own mixes and personal style, I believe this is one of the most fun ways to experiment and it will always look cool.
