Sweater weather

What a good song and what a perfect season. I love autumn. The colors, textures, the way it gets colder without getting into your bones, the crunchy leaves on the floor and of course, the outfits. It’s just the right time to mix some of your summer pieces and add layers without losing mobility and still be able to show some skin. If you are one of those people that as soon it gets cold you are freezing, well, then this looks are not or you.
1. With a dress
(See the whole look / Ver look completo)
// The perfect example of mixing summer pieces for fall. This is a dress layered with a cozy oversize sweater on top and of course, booties to keep the cozy theme. If you get chilly you could wear tights and be done.
2. Hats and boots
(See the whole look / Ver look completo)
// Nothing screams autumn louder than a plush hat, right? Add a soft sweater plus cowboy-ish boots and get yourself a perfect combo for this season.
3. Minimal with prints
(See the whole look / Ver look completo)
// Sometimes minimal is good, but if you know me I always try to add some interest to it. Pair a light sweater with a more interesting bottom; prints, colors or a classic pattern and it will look amazing!
4. Over the knee boots
(See the whole look / Ver look completo)
// I’m a sucker for mini skirts, so, I will seize any opportunity to use them. Over the knee boots are the perfect way to do it and keep your legs warm. Of course you can add tights for a warm extra layer.
5. Preppy vibes
(See the whole look / Ver look completo)
// The layering game with button up shirts is big this year. I’ve seen it (and use it) a lot with vests, but it also works with sweaters, specially with round or V necks. Pro tip, unbutton your shirt for a less preppy look.

There you have it, 5 ideas to use sweaters this fall and look stylish, which one is your favorite? Do you have another combo that I didn’t shared here? To think that a few years ago I was ‘afraid’ of using sweaters and now they are one of my favorite pieces to wear when it gets chilly. We all grow.
