Blue hat for a gray day

Sometimes it’s necessary to ask your wardrobe for help in order to have a better day. Being a graphic designer taught me that colors affect us in every way, so when I wake up in a bad mood I try to keep my look soft and calm so I can absorbe some of that.

It’s amazing to look back and see how much I’ve grown since I started to pay more attention to what I wore, because believe it or not, your closet can say a lot about you and in which stage of life you are, and it can actually help to get to the next one too. Right now all I care about is comfort and being able to totally love my body -thing that I’m working on, quite slowly I must say, but I’m on the journey. I’ve started by getting clothes -or at least most of them, that are actually my size and not two higher. It’s been a struggle because I can see all my flaws trough the clothes, so now what I have to do is work out a little -or maybe a lot and start to build new confidence.

I’m happy because now that spring started I can wear my skirts and show of my legs a little bit. Oh, you wanna know a fun fact? I don’t shave my legs if I don’t feel like, just like that. I already got used to strange looks and people -mostly old, telling me to “take care of myself” or to be more “lady like“, but yeah, you should try it, you will sleep more -haha. Returning to the topic, I was about to say that skirts are my favorites, there are so many styles and uses, like this one that is super comfy and the fabric is really cool because it keeps you warm but still fresh as a normal skirt.
