I’ve read a thousand times “when in doubt, wear black”, so I tried. I did it mostly because I wanted to experiment with the ‘all black’ trend and also because I went to a Black Dress Code party with my friends that night, so that was the perfect opportunity to dig in my closet and assemble this black outfit. I got to admit it made me feel good and I’m not sure if it was because I knew it was something ‘trendy’ and ‘cool’, or because black makes you look thinner, but I was pretty confortable in this outfit.
Although it wasn’t my favorite, I’ll definitely keep trying to find that outfit that can save you from a closet crisis in the morning. I remember that when I was young(er) I used to wear a lot of black, but never a total black look. As I said before, basic and minimal is -apparently- not my thing, so, to give it a little more spark I used my beloved and pretty much favorite clear clutch and a black and gold necklace.
Aunque no fue mi favorito, seguiré buscando ese outfit que te puede salvar de alguna crisis en tu closet por la mañana. Recuerdo que cuando era chica usaba mucho negro, pero nunca llegue a usar un look completo en ese color. Como he mencionado antes, lo básico y minimalista -aparentemente- no es lo mío, así que para darle un poco de chispa, use mi amado bolso transparente y un collar negro con dorado.
